Greater China Investment Banking, Private Placement / M&A associate
大學以上(MBA or Master degree from USA or European is preferred），英語流利

工作內容說明：
1. Investment Banking financial advisory, especially focus on Private Placement, M&A, and transactions supporting
2. Based in Taiwan, but frequently traveling around the Greater China or Asia Pacific
3. Daily job includes:
- Communicating frequently with clients and investors
- Conducting solid summaries via analyzing operations, financials, and industrial trends of the target company
- Conducting financial models for the target company
- Conducting fundamental deal structures for managers’ review
- Conducting concrete presentation slides for IM or Teasers
- Delivering projects via closely cooperating with banks, accountants, and lawyers
工作經驗要求：
1. At least 3 years working experiences in one of institutions below:
- Financial Advisor in Big 4 Accounting firms
- Research Analyst in Top tier securities company
- IBD in Investment banks
- Director investment in PE/VC
- Capital market related positions in top tier companies
2. Native or fluent English speaker, being able to consequently communicate in Chinese/ English
3. Excellent skills in Bloomberg, Excel, and Power Point
4. Good at financial modeling and financial report analysis
5. BA above graduated from top tier university
6. Being able to travel frequently

Preferred qualifications:
1. CFA or CPA certificate is preferred
2. Technology related experiences are preferred
